A reply to Sola and Tverdik re New users information

Dear All

In reply to both John Tverdik, I could not agree more. Our website should provide a "path" for progression for the use of our devices and techniques. I think VR Sola's suggestion of a separate section for 'beginners products' will be the quickest to implement.

Our customers are really great. They are prepared to put themselves through hoops to try to understand what we are offering and to struggle to decide what might be the best device for them to purchase next. So, my sincere apologies for making potential customers struggle so much.

I will prepare a 'beginners package' consisting of a pack of Rainbow Foil, a jar of Cream-Electret, half a metre of Spiratube and two Red Ring Ties on crocodile clips and samples of three of the Morphic Message Foils for the inclusive price of 50 UK pounds or 75 US dollars or 75 Euros

Our initial customer base was formed during the late 1980's and early 1990's following reports and articles by various journalists describing their experiences with the early Foils, Cream-Electret and Spiratube and well as with some of the free techniques we gave them. This is what audio customers are used to and like - i.e. hearing what independent, third party users have experienced and this is one of the reasons which made Dr. Richard Graham decide to publish a P.W.B. Newsletter so that descriptions of people's experiences using our devices could be continued.

Then, in the late 1990's, just as I was being introduced to the 'wonderful'? world of computers by our son Graham, Greg Weaver's article on our Rainbow Foil suddenly appeared in the April 1999 issue of the Internet audio magazine "Soundstage", at a time when I had barely mastered some simple intricacies of computers, let alone the Internet. As we had no computer typed descriptions of our earlier products ready for putting onto the Internet, I decided that the quickest information of our earlier products could be made available by putting the back issues of the Newsletters onto our web site. I also decided that with all first orders of a full pack of Rainbow Foil, I would send a small sample of Cream-Electret and with any subsequent order for a full jar of Cream-Electret I would send a few samples of the Morphic Message Foils. This way, new customers would be able to evaluate some of our products without having to purchase them (untried) first.

Our initial advice is for people to 'treat' as many things in the environment as possible, as quickly as possible, and the relatively inexpensive Silver Rainbow Foil and Cream-Electret and Spiratube allow people to do this. The next step is, however, very difficult to introduce because the Red 'x' Pen, the Morphic Message Foils, all the subsequent message labels and foils have to be understood in terms of applying "beneficial messages" - so it is much more of a concept we have to get over first before people will feel confident to try/purchase these products. This is where the benefit comes in of people reading the Newsletters on our web site first, becoming familiar with the concept, becoming familiar with the idea of the importance of language and it's meaning/energy patterns and also with the concept that our devices and techniques do not have an effect on the actual audio signal travelling through the audio system or on the acoustic air pressure waves but on us (human beings).

Regarding our expensive devices such as the Quantum Clip (500 UK pounds) and the Morphic Green Cream (200 UK pounds).

Peter was a manufacturer of audio equipment for 30 years so, at the back of his mind, is always the 'manufacturing' process. Peter asks the question of himself "What if a manufacturer of audio equipment was to show an interest in using my techniques ? What do I have to offer?" Peter knows that a manufacturer would only be interested in 'treating' their own amplifier/CD player/speaker/cartridge - that they would not be interested in problems associated with the environment or with other manufacturers' audio equipment - and they would probably not be interested in attaching a large range of different Foil strips to their equipment. So, Peter developed a 'one off' device - a 'programming' device which you can use again and again - and this is the Quantum Clip. But, to reserve this Quantum Clip as a manufacturing device only would be unfair to any of our customers who would wish to have one - so Peter has made it available to anyone who wishes to have one. Similarly with the Morphic Green Cream. As you only need to apply the tiniest amount of the Green Cream to an object for it to have a beneficial effect, then the small jar of Green Cream we supply will 'treat' a large quantity of cartridges/pickup arms/amplifiers/CD players/speakers - and so on. Which is obviously suitable for manufacturers. But, to reserve the remarkable Morphic Green Cream for manufacturers only would be extremely unfair to any of our customers who would also like to use it.

We wish to remind you that as stated on our price list "All the items are available on a guaranteed 21 day refund if they do not give complete satisfaction and are returned to us within the 21 day period."

For the new user there is a FAQ section on our home page which answers most of the initial questions which new users ask. If there are any questions that you feel should be included or any answers that should be expanded upon please let us know.

Kind regards

May
