Nature always attempts to create inverse patterns of energy. It is these inverse energy patterns that the sense of hearing has evolved to detect. The original and main function of the sense was to detect the movement, within a designated territory, of either predators or sources of food. In order for the sense of hearing to function effectively, it is necessary for the sense to be within an environment that has a very low threshold of conflicting energy activity. A necessary technique, evolved by the sense, is the ability to ignore any repetitive energy movements within the territory. Within our home environments, we have stretched this ability of the senses to an unacceptable level.
The presence of copper electrical conductors and aluminium capacitors within our home territory seriously impairs our ability to correctly perceive the information contained within the energy of sound. The positive and negative voltage potentials that are applied to these metallic electrical conductors create an energy pattern that appears to the senses to be travelling in a definite direction. The attempt by the senses to attenuate and ignore these constant energy patterns is way beyond the ability of our sense of hearing.
At P.W.B. we have developed techniques which considerably reduce the effect of these interfering energy patterns on our senses.
We have created composite lengths of both Copper Foil and Aluminium Foil which effectively react to the copper and aluminium conductors within electrical equipment. The resulting energy pattern assists the senses to effectively ignore the adverse energy patterns which are constantly emitted by the electrical conductors.

The Special Copper Foil and Aluminium Foil are supplied in 17 cm lengths which are then subdivided into small strips by cutting with any type of sharp scissors.
Attaching either a strip of Copper Foil or Aluminium Foil to either the inside or outside of electrical or electronic equipment will prove very effective. Attaching one of each of the new Foils to the electronic equipment is extremely effective.
We have created some Creams which have the ability to interface the Copper Foil and Aluminium Foil strips much more effectively to the electrical equipment. In order to appreciate the effectiveness of this technique it is necessary to understand that electrical conductors create an energy pattern that appear to be travelling either to the past or to the future and that the P.W.B. techniques are designed so that the energy patterns are perceived as stationary.
There are three Creams - Orange, Violet and Green and you apply the various Creams using any of your finger tips.
Copper Foil.
Before attaching a small strip of the Copper Foil to the electrical equipment case, first apply a small amount of the Orange Cream to the area which will be immediately underneath the Copper strip. Remove any surplus of the Orange Cream with a paper handkerchief.
Once the Orange Cream has been applied, all visible traces can be removed. Then attach the strip of Copper Foil to this 'Orange cream' treated area. Once the strip of Copper Foil has been attached, apply a small amount of the Violet Cream to the Copper Foil strip and to the area immediately surrounding it. Remove any surplus Violet Cream with a paper handkerchief. Then apply, on top of the Violet Cream, a small amount of the Green Cream.
Aluminium Foil.
The Aluminium Foil has an inverse energy pattern so that when intending to attach a strip of Aluminium Foil to the electrical equipment case, a small amount of the Green Cream should first be applied to the equipment case. Remove any surplus of the Green Cream. Then apply a small amount of the Violet Cream to the 'Green creamed' area. Remove any surplus. Attach a strip of the Aluminium Foil on top of this 'creamed' area and then apply a small amount of the Orange Cream to the Aluminium Foil strip and the surrounding area.
If a P.W.B. Quantum Clip device is available, treating the object after applying the Aluminium and Copper Foil strips will further enhance the effect.
A small amount of all the three Creams is supplied with the Copper and Aluminium Foil lengths.
The P.W.B. ECC Clip (Electrical Conduction Corrector Clip).
Within all electrical conductors, irrespective of their physical configuration, the voltage potentials will create an energy pattern that the sense of hearing will detect as either travelling to the past or to the future. Electrical interconnecting wires create an adverse energy pattern that has already been recognised as a problem to the senses. We have therefore created a very effective solution to this problem in the form of a specially treated crocodile clip and this can be attached to the outer insulation of the electrical connecting wire. The ECC Clip is a separate treatment for cables and is in addition to any Coloured Ring Ties already being used and it can be attached in any position along the length of the wire. The ECC Clip is interfaced to the electrical connecting wire by the application of two Creams - Blue and Green.
First apply, to the outer insulation of the connecting wire and to a chosen area which will be immediately underneath the ECC Clip, a small amount of the Blue Cream supplied. Remove any surplus. Then apply a small amount of the Green Cream over the 'Blue creamed' area. Then attach the ECC Clip over this 'creamed' area.
